Unlike traditional batteries, Prieto’s 3D structure interdigitates the cathode and the anode. Prieto has achieved a technology breakthrough with this architecture. Development is still in the early stages but if it succeeds it’s supposed to create batteries that lasts up to 5 times longer than today’s batteries and recharges in only a few minutes. It’s also more eco-friendly as it consists of less chemical waste products. Video below illustrates;
