					<description><![CDATA[It happens in DW8 on a PC (hence the &quot;Win&quot; in WinFileCache). It also happened on my co-workers computer--also DW8 onPC. 

Looking for perm fix.....but that maybe to switch to mac, as macs don&#039;t employ a retarded file system (anyone ever hear of having to &quot;defrag&quot; a mac or linux box...yeah didn&#039;t think so).]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m not to familiar with Vista but maybe you can&#039;t see this file as you haven&#039;t set Vista to show system files. Try as follows:

1. Click the round blue Start thing in the left corner
2. Click Control Panel
3. Click Folder Options
4. Click the View tab
5. Click Show hidden files and folders
6. If you want to see system files as well, unclick Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)
7. Click OK
