Splashup, formerly Fauxto, is a powerful editing tool and photo manager. With all the features professionals use and novices want, it’s easy to use, works in real-time and allows you to edit many images at once.

As an alternative you might also want to check out the new browser version of Photoshop, Photoshop Express. As with (almost) any Adobe product this requires registration but my first impression was very good. I will post about this later…
